The venue is Hotel Azaert in the city of Blankenberge.

Internet access: available in the Hotel Lobby (one PC + wireless LAN), in some rooms of the main building, and at least three access points in the meeting room. There is no charge for the use of internet for participants and accompanying guests. There is no internet in the annex building across the street.

Car parking: indoor parking available for a dozen cars, contact reception at check in (no charge).

The Azaert single room rate (including breakfast) is 65.00 € in the main building (where the lecture room is located), and 55.00 € in the Annex building (white building across the street, same standard but you have to cross the street for breakfast, meeting, lunch, bar and indoor swimming pool). Add 38.00 € per night for double occupancy. Dinner is a supplement of 26.00 € per person (excluding beverages).

A special conference package is offered by the hotel. The package includes the dinners on 18 and 19 May (but not the beverages) and three nights of single accomodation, and amounts to 238 € in the main building (4*) and 208 € in the Annex building (3*).
